Your Account Help Creating an account on Pondarosa Furniture allows you to store information for later use and to keep up with products in which you are interested. Your account is your access point to all of the information that you might need in using this site, such as address information for billing and shipping, order information, and credit account balances. The information that you provide is used solely for your service and ease-of-use on this website.
To begin, click on the If you click on the Create a New Account link, you will be required to enter an email address OR a phone number. These are used as user identification. You then must enter a password and repeat it to confirm it. From this point you are not required to enter any more information. However, by filling in all of the requested information, you will save a considerable amount of time later. Customer Information - Simply enter your name. Bill to Address - This is the address that any billing or contact information should be mailed. Since purchases may be delivered to different locations, this should be the address of the purchaser. Ship to Address - This is the primary delivery address. You are not limited to having purchases delivered to this address. It is simply a reference address. Arrangements can be made to deliver to any of our delivery areas. Click the Create New Customer button and you are done. You will be forwarded to your account area, from which you may continue shopping, change your log-in information, edit or view your credit application, add/ edit addresses, look in your basket, or view current orders. |
